Opening a remote session allows a PNS Engineer to connect to your office or home computer remotely. This tool is mainly used when interacting with one of our Systems Engineers.

 

Use the above link when needing to create a ticket or find the status of currently opened tickets that have been put through to the PNS Technical Support Help Desk.
